• Our personalized aromatherapy consultation package offers the following:
• First, fill out and submit the aromatherapy consultation form located under the Home menu.
• Our aromatherapist will review your form, and then you will have a 15 to 20-minute Zoom video chat or phone call to discuss your needs in detail.
• Based on your chat, the aromatherapist will create a custom product just for you, such as an aromatherapy inhaler, roll-on, or two-ounce infused body/massage oil.
• We'll then ship the product to you with detailed information on its ingredients and how to use it.
• After your product arrives, you'll have a follow-up 15- to 20-minute Zoom video chat or phone call to check your progress in two weeks.
• For scheduling your appointments:
- Choose a Zoom video chat or a phone call appointment from the menu.
• Once you've purchased the package and submitted your signed aromatherapy consultation form, you'll get an email confirmation within 1 to 3 business days with available dates and times for your initial appointment.
• Select a suitable time from the options provided in the email and respond to confirm your appointment.

Aromatherapy Consultation Package
• Order Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds: Due to the personal nature of our products and in adherence to the Department of Health's COVID-19 community safety guidelines, we do not accept order cancellations or returns, including requests for exchanges or refunds. • Order Processing and Shipping Times: We typically process and ship orders within 1-5 business days. Custom orders, pre-order processing, and shipping will take up to 10 business days unless stated otherwise. Our work studio does not operate or ship orders on federal or postal holidays or when weather conditions make driving unsafe.
